- Reorganize dependencies section to focus on minimal setup
- Remove advanced setup to simplify installation process
- Add clear prerequisites for both Docker and minimal setup
- Improve environment configuration instructions
- Include clickable links for all external dependencies

These changes provide a clearer path for developers to set up and test
the fossil-light-client locally, either using Docker or the minimal setup.
